It’s hard to separate marketing from real-world lessons scrolling through LinkedIn. The gems are out there.
I started this blog to think through some of the operational and financial lessons I’ve learned building, fixing, and navigating imperfect systems—often in the messy space between process, accounting, technology, and execution.
Much of business discussion focuses on strategy and outcomes. Less attention is paid to the foundational work underneath: reconciliation discipline, scalable processes, implementation tradeoffs, operational accountability, and the systems that quietly determine whether growth holds together under pressure.
These are simply my observations from years in the trenches. I’m still learning myself, and thoughtful disagreement or shared experiences are always welcome.
